چکیده
Kenaf fiber extracted from kenaf stem bast is an important natural fiber. The genetic basis of yield and quality poorly understood. In the present study, Fiber phenotypic data showed continuous positive distribution or positively skewed distribution. traits its related including plant height, fresh weight, dry weight a correlation. However, there was negative correlation between count. results that agronomic are quantitative controlled by multiple genes. Quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping useful method for revealing mechanism complex identifying new genomic information to accelerate crop improvement. this total 1,997 polymorphic SNP markers were successfully mapped onto 18 different linkage groups. Meanwhile six QTLs identified based on map using QTL (MQM) method, which assigned three groups, LG16, LG8, LG3. QTL-Plant hight, QTL-Fresh QTL-Dry QTL-fiber yield, while strength count quality. This first study kind quality, will facilitate further understanding molecular these traits. limitations regarding utilization because several large gaps remain in some Therefore, additional need be developed narrow regions.

A high-density genetic map and QTL analysis of agronomic traits in foxtail millet [Setaria italica (L.) P. Beauv.] using RAD-seq
Foxtail millet (Setaria italica), a very important grain crop in China, has become a new model plant for cereal crops and biofuel grasses. Although its reference genome sequence was released recently, quantitative trait loci (QTLs) controlling complex agronomic traits remains limited. The development of massively parallel genotyping methods and next-generation sequencing technologies provides a...
متن کاملConstruction of Genetic Linkage Map and QTL Analysis for Fiber Traits in Diploid Cotton (Gossypium arboreum x Gossypium herbaceum)
Diploid A genome cottons are grown for their natural fiber in drought prone areas of Asia. Although they possess inferior fiber qualities to cultivated Upland and Pima cotton, their value lies in their inherent resistance to pests and diseases. Molecular linkage maps provide essential tools for plant genetic research, facilitating quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping, marker-assisted selectio...
متن کاملGenetic Linkage Map and QTL Analysis of Agronomic and Fiber Quality Traits in an Intraspecific Population
Molecular techniques have been developed that can enhance breeding efficiency for quantitatively inherited traits, many of which are economically important. Examples include yield, yield components, and fiber properties. Such traits do not consistently fall into discrete classes because environmental conditions greatly modify their performance. Molecular markers such as restriction fragment len...
متن کاملGenetic Linkage Map Construction and QTL Analysis of Two Interspecific Reproductive Isolation Traits in Sponge Gourd
The hybrids between Luffa acutangula (L.) Roxb. and L.cylindrica (L.) Roem. have strong heterosis effects. However, some reproductive isolation traits hindered their normal hybridization and fructification, which was mainly caused by the flowering time and hybrid pollen sterility. In order to study the genetic basis of two interspecific reproductive isolation traits, we constructed a genetic li...
متن کاملGenetic Map Construction and Fiber Quality QTL Mapping Using the CottonSNP80K Array in Upland Cotton
Cotton fiber quality traits are controlled by multiple quantitative trait loci (QTL), and the improvement of these traits requires extensive germplasm. Herein, an Upland cotton cultivar from America, Acala Maxxa, was crossed with a local high fiber quality cultivar, Yumian 1, and 180 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) were obtained. In order to dissect the genetic basis of fiber quality difference...
